In this workshop we will explore pasta and noodles.
for the first hour we will play with ....
- Making the best of Ramen!
- Making dough
- Making Ravioli, Dumplings and Perogies.
- Spaetzle and Gnocchi
- We will talk about short italian noodles and long noodles and their value.
- We will make sauces and fillings
Then we will enjoy a fabulous pasta dinner !
As always recipes will be handed out at the workshop in the Workshop Planner which will also be emailed to confirmed attendees
